Although you stole my interviewee out from under me (I was going to interview him the next time I stayed in London), you did a great job, guys. Mark is always interesting. He didn’t say something about the extent of his collection, though — I was there and wrote about his wonderful Milton Keynes show. It was full of his collection as well as his great paintings, yet his house was STILL full with the collections too. That was his previous house. I usually stay with him and his family when I am in London, and their house is amazing. Even a little disconcerting. I got to sleep under a Chris Olifi, but had trouble brushing my teeth, as the wall in the bathroom next to the mirror was covered in beautiful yet grizzly handcolored etchings of mouth deseases. Short talk on the “yellow pages art” description I stole from Mark, but a good one too! His paintings are always inspirational to me. His wife Nicky Hirst is a great artist too. I guess I’ll interview HER next time!
That would be great!
