Kate Csato

Hailing from California, both south and north, (in case any party reading this is a member of the coalition for perpetuating the rightful division of the two) Kate has called Chicago home for the last 3.802 years. Currently an undergrad at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, she utilizes her time/funds/debts exploring the manifold degrees of irreverence one can justify within one’s practice; whether that be through the production of ‘sound art’ or multi-media installation that aim at the depths of your g.i. tract.

With tasks abundant, as an intern, Kate has become the chief archaeologist for Bad at Sports – mastering the minutiae and surmounting daunting hurdles such as archival spreadsheets.

She thinks art, banter, and caffeine are alright.
