The Dan Ryan works discussed here are really great. Some of them can be found on Wolke’s site under “Projects” and then “Along the Divide.” That title alone is perfect. I like Jay’s last last name too, as an aside, German for “Cloud.” Seems somehow appropriate.

I like the shooting verbs not nouns comment. Wolke has some great insights. Freeways and interstates they are like oceans and leviathans in one big Twinkie, you fear someday they may take more than a limb and yet the spermaceti filling is so soothing and therapeutic. douche bag –Rubber Rose-Summers Eve.
